1.2 Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

      • Pack the item securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.

      • Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.

    1.3 Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged item).

    1.4 Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 15 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon

    2. Exchanges

    2.1 Eligibility: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

    2.2 Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged item).

    2.3 Exchanged Item Shipping: The shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us, except in cases where the exchange is due to customer preference or non-defective reasons.

    3. Refunds

    3.1 Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable return shipping costs. 3.2 Non-Receipt of Item: In the rare event that you do not receive your item within the specified delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, issue a refund or reship the item at our discretion.
