How do I make a claim?
Please email our support team with your order details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims.
  • Dust off the tab stand from time to time to avoid build-up of dirt.
  • Wipe clean with mild cleaner or soapy solution.
  • Use clean dry or damp (not wet) gently to rub off stains.
  • Wipe up spills as soon as possible.
  • Avoid rubbing the stand with abrasive pads, coarse steel wool or cheesecloth, as they contain an abrasive starch.
  • Don’t use oil, wax or furniture spray as it will make the stand slippery.
